How do I submit my article?

Please register author details to create a new account, check your registered email and click on that link to activate your account. Login to the journal webpage and submit your manuscript to the journal. 

Can I submit my manuscript if it contains part of my PhD or academic thesis?

Journal of Current Opinion in Crop Science (JCOCS) will consider submissions containing material that has previously formed part of a PhD or other academic thesis including those that have been made publicly available according to the institution's requirements awarding the qualification.

Is this JCOCS journal is national or international?

Journal of current opinion in crop science is an international journal. Editors and editorial board members are from India, Canada, United States of America, Australia, South Korea, Bangladesh, etc., Also, JCOCS published articles from various countries including India, Nigeria, Nepal, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Pakistan, Lebanon, etc.,

How much does it cost to publish in this journal?

There is no processing or publication fee for a manuscript accepted up to December 31, 2020.  

The year 2022 onwards will be charged a minimum publication fee for processing, maintenance of the website, databases, secured data storage systems for the long term.

Can I submit routine research studies to JCOCS?

No, the journal strictly adheres to publishing high-quality research papers that applied in recent trends, current opinion, current and future advanced technologies. Also, manuscript data must contain novelty, innovative ideas and others. However, the journal's starting period may accept to submit the routine crop science research work. 

Can I submit a manuscript that was published elsewhere?

No, a manuscript must be unique, and should not be published elsewhere.

Are JCOCS is a peer-reviewed journal?

Yes, after receiving the manuscript, the Editor in chief /editorial office initially read the document. They will make a recommendation on whether to advance the manuscript into the peer review process or reject it based on the manuscript quality and whether it fits the journal's aims and scope. Handling editor sends the manuscript to subject wise, qualified experts for peer review. 

What is the duration for publishing an article?

The duration for publishing an article is 45-60 days.

How can I benefit from publishing articles at the starting period of the journal?

We are currently working with all registration process for obtaining DOI and indexing the journal in Scopus, Web of Science, DOAJ, Google Scholar, PubMed, Thomson routers, and Journal citation reports. The journal also will apply to get NAAS rate, UGC list, and impact factor in subsequent years. Once the journal received an impact factor, Scopus indexed, UGC list, etc., all the initial contributing authors also benefited. Also, there are no publication charges for articles submitted or accepted up to December 31, 2021. Hence, the authors don't hesitate to submit your valuable recent studies in this journal.
